YOUTH WELLNESS ADVOCACY ORGANIZATION CELEBRATES MENTAL HEALTH WEEK

“Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you, doesn’t mean you can, should, or need to do it alone.” 🫂
The Philippines celebrates National Mental Health Week every second week of October according to Proclamation No. 452, signed by then-President Fidel V. Ramos on August 25, 1994, while World Mental Health Day is recognized annually on October 10th. This year’s Mental Health Month theme is ‘Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace’. This theme addresses the importance of focusing on mental health and well-being in the workplace for the benefit of individuals, companies, and society as a whole.
The World Health Organization (WHO) participates with the World Federation of Mental Health Day to promote and raise awareness about mental health and work. The overall goal of Mental Health Day is to raise global awareness of mental health issues and mobilize activities to support mental health.
Always remember that our mental health is just as important as physical health, therefore focusing on it may have a significant positive impact on every aspect of our lives!💛🤎
Here are some ways on how you can make the most of Mental Health Awareness Month:
✔️ Take time for self-care
✔️ Check-in with yourself
✔️ Talk to someone
✔️ Educate yourself
YOUTH WELLNESS ADVOCACY ORGANIZATION CELEBRATES HUMANITARIAN DAY

We all know of the beloved names of the superheroes that shaped our idea of heroism, and how they saved the day.
Whether it be superman who can fly and has the strength of a thousand armies, ironman, an awesome genius who has a very real heart, or maybe even lastikman; one whose flexibility and humor helped those in need. 🦸✨
But today, we take appreciation to our modern-day heroes. Ones who brave through each day, without any superhuman powers of any kind. They are the ones saving our lives everyday, they are the ones that deserve to have their name plated in gold, they are the ones that deserve to be celebrated the most.
As you stretch you arm, even to those far and hard to hold, even with little to work with, even when you are at your wits end, you are in every bit a hero. 🫡
Happy World Humanitarian Day! 🤎💛
